Yoga for Every Body with Sheryl Hagenstein

Description:
These classes are designed specifically for those with fat bodies. It offers the fundamentals of yoga postures, breath and meditation. Each class promotes moving with your breath, and with your body in a way that feels good for YOU! Working through each posture so that the pose meets you where you are. These classes are gentle and build over the session.

Yoga with Amanda - Kuhlektiv Yoga

Tuesday evenings 7-8:15 pm
Yang/yin flow: part strong and focused and part gentle and sweet.
Wednesday mornings 10-11:15 am

Tuesday 9:30am - 11am Block Restorative class

Friday 9:30-11 am Block and Therapeutic movement
Sunday 6-7:30 pm Deep Peace - limit of 10 people
These classes are drop-in, $15 per class or 10 class pass for $140 - plus GST

​Thai Touch classes are on a sign up basis.
4 people needed to run them.
$42 per person for the two hour Thai massage and restorative session.
They will run on a fill up basis on:
Tuesdays 9-11 am
Thursday 1-3 pm
