We will explore poses and sequences that help calm the nervous system and breathing practices that help you regain balance.
This practices offer support for anyone feeling stuck, negative, or worried.
Each week we will begin with positive thinking prompt - a little something to think or journal about at the studio or at home.
For example: List 5 things that make you smile.
You will also get so much support to practice at home! FOUR videos. Audio relaxation & MORE.
Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and two yoga blocks or towels.
