Hi! My name is Tiffany and this is a special practice - just for you!
What I am deeply compelled to offer is an experience that is ABOUT YOU and NOT about cancer or treatment. We will focus on what you can do, what feels good. This practice is safe to come to if you aren't feeling 100% - the participants in this practice get that. You show up for you, because you're worth it. If you are a cancer patient, survivor or a support person I hope you will accept this invitation to add yoga to your well-being practices. |

A gentle practice that focuses on maintaining/gradually regaining strength and mobility. This structured practice will help to alleviate pain and fatigue and provide a safe space to release stress and worry.

I wish Tiffany had come into my life a few years earlier than she did. My difficult journey through numerous surgeries and gruelling chemo treatments would have been made so much easier if I had Tiffany's calm spirituality and gentle yoga sessions to accompany me along the way. Thankfully, Tiffany was there to help me through my recovery and I have her by my side now as I travel through each wonderful day in calm meditation and restorative yoga sessions. Program Details
Sessions are 12 weeks. Classes are one hour. Space is limited to 12.

YOGA THRIVE
Yoga Thrive is an evidence informed yoga program for cancer patients, survivors and their support persons. This gentle therapeutic yoga program provides a nurturing group environment, while imparting the personalized approach necessary to empower each of its participants. Yoga Thrive aims to enhance participant's overall quality of life by improving mobility, strength, and energy while reducing the pain and side effects of cancer and its treatment. Our students become more relaxed, better able to cope, and comfortable enough to reconnect more deeply to themselves and what is of value to them.

Yoga Helps Manage Depression, Fear and Anxiety
Research has shown that yoga can alleviate depression, anxiety and insomnia. Supported poses, breathing practices and guided meditation have been shown to positively affect immune function, autonomic nervous system imbalances and stress related disorders.
Yoga Helps Manage Physical Pain
Research has shown that a regular yoga practice aids in the management of physical pain from the effects of cancer treatment as well as the effects of emotional strain. A gentle practice, especially during recovery will expand range of motion, improve circulation, and relax muscle tension to speed up the recovery process, relieve fatigue and reduce stress.
