I found yoga at a time when I didn’t know how to cope with the anxiety and discontent I was feeling. I became committed to the practice of yoga because it transformed my life.

Yoga was the first positive physical activity experience I had ever had. It made me feel capable and calm. Even though the poses weren’t easy, I didn’t feel ashamed and vulnerable like I did in every gym class I had ever taken.

​Over time, I gained agency over my life through practicing yoga. This gift is what I want to share with every woman who joins my practice. I want every woman to feel good about herself, to reclaim her power and live her best life.
