My Vision

To inspire women who feel uncomfortable in their bodies and who feel disconnected from their truth to uncover the powerful and wise woman within. Through gentle yoga practices, guided meditation and real connection, Be Yoga will be an inspirational resource and support for women wanting to live their best life.

BOOK YOUR CLASS HERE

  • All classes are currently virtual via zoom. You can book up to 30 minutes before the class start time. 
For Zoom:
  • You will receive the meeting link and a spotify playlist 30 MINUTES before the class via the email you have provided in Schedulicity (the booking app).
  • You can join the class anytime - don't worry about being late just make sure your audio is muted.
  • You can cancel up to 2 hours before class. After that a class booked is a class taken on your pass.
  • I will email the recording of the class to you - you will have 7 days for replay.
​PASSES
  • If you have a class pass check in with me (email beyogawinnipeg@gmail.com) to find out how many classes remain.
  • If you need a class pass, pick one up below. ❤ OR etransfer beyogawinnipeg@gmail.com $15 per class.

A note on class pass prices. I would love to offer you a discount for virtual classes but I am paying for our studio space. So kindly come to a virtual  class and help me keep our space for when it's safe to return. 

Current Schedule - January 2022

Hips & Heart - Mondays 5:30pm via zoom
​Yin - Thursdays 7pm via zoom
Hips & Heart: A slow flow style class with a focus on releasing tight hips and shoulder tension. 

Super Chill: This class delivers the deep release and stretch of yin yoga combined with
​gentle flow sequences. 

Yin: This style of yoga can relieve stress and increase your mobility and flexibility.  

Yin + Restore:  A practice of tension/joint compression and relaxation. This practice supports joint health and releases the tension we hold in our muscles.
