Practicing wide leg forward folds and extended angle poses
This is a mindful flow practice with time spent exploring the hamstrings, psoas, and lateral folds.
Each week we will begin with a truthfulness prompt - a little something to think or journal about at the studio or at home.
You will also get so much support to practice at home! TWO videos. Audio Relaxation. & MORE.
Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and two yoga blocks or towels.
