Ahimsa & SELF LOVE

8 week session. 8 spaces available.
We will explore moving toward or fine tuning your humble warrior and camel poses.
This is a mindful flow practice with time spent exploring hip movement and heart/chest release.
Each week we will begin with SELF LOVE prompt - a little something to think or journal about at the studio or at home.
For example: How do you show yourself love?
You will also get so much support to practice at home! FOUR videos. Audio Relaxation. & MORE.
Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and two yoga blocks or towels.
