This session will consist of breathing practices, gentle yin/stress releasing poses and guided relaxation.
Each week we will begin with a CONTENTMENT prompt - a little something to think or journal about at the studio or at home.
For example:

Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and two yoga blocks or towels.
