4 week session via ZOOM + Online Support
Can't make it to the LIVE class. Zoom classes will be recorded for you to watch for the remainder of the session.
This session will consist of breathing practices, gentle yin/stress releasing poses and guided relaxation.
Each week we will begin with a truthfulness prompt - a little something to think or journal about at the studio or at home.
You will also get so much support to practice at home! Audio Practices. Videos. & MORE.
Please bring your own blanket, pillow, and two yoga blocks or towels.
