What makes you feel well?
Ever set a goal or start a yoga challenge or boot-camp all gung-ho, and then fizzle out and feel worse about yourself than when you started?
Or did you complete a program, meet your goal but still feel unsatisfied?
Do you always put the kids first, or your job first, or just let life get in the way of YOU FEELING GOOD? Are you your best self if you do this?
Could you be more present if you felt better?
So what makes you FEEL well?
Wellness is easy and feels good. Well-being practices are those you look forward to. Maybe it is a weekly yoga class, or a massage,
or a good book, maybe it's a nice meal or glass of wine with friends. Wellness makes you, well... more YOU!

An important distinction: wellness is not about willpower. Think about that: wellness is NOT about willpower!
True well-being is established in a natural state of balance. In yoga this is called svastha.
We seek a natural state of balance - svastha - by taking time for ourselves and taking care of ourselves.
Instead of a goal or resolution that takes you to extremes, or a 'challenge' that feels like punishment, or can't be maintained because
of life getting the way, I want you to give yourself the gift of svastha this year.
I am offering a program that will assist you in fostering balance and harmony in your life - not just for this week or this month - I want you to make a commitment to you, a little bit every week. Svastha is a program for well-being that encompasses the body, mind and spirit.

SVASTHA: This is a comprehensive, 12-week well-being program begins JAN. 11
Here is what you'll get:
* One class per week - any class - this is your commitment to yourself, to your well-being.
It can be Monday one week and Wednesday the next. The important part is that you are present for yourself, one hour per week!
* One 2 hour yin & restorative workshop - Sunday - the last day of our program.
* Every Friday you will get a little something from me in your in-box. I will share with you what I have learned about how a small commitment, change in perspective, and a few more moments for you can be the source of significant change, happiness and well-being.
Service fee: $120 (this is a $170 value)
I am so excited to share this program with you. If you are new to yoga, if you are looking to get back into a more regular practice, this program is for you! You are worth the commitment to yourself. A commitment to wellness.

"Participating in the spring Svastha was a wonderful experience for me ... I learned so much about myself and recognized a positive gradual shift in my wellbeing and thought processes - I'm grateful for how I grew and what I learned. Tiffany's engagement in sharing her knowledge & wisdom with our group was so helpful and kind ... I will definitely participate again." - Lesley.
